Pat and Kelly Team Real Estate

Pat Smith is a licensed real estate broker, and has been serving Montgomery County and Crawfordsville for over 30 years.  Pat is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  Pat is a Montgomery County native, and continues to stay involved and informed in our community.

Kelly Page is a licensed real estate broker.  Kelly joined Pat in 1998.  She is a graduate of Ball State University.  Kelly manages www.PatandKelly.com and all Pat and Kelly Team Real Estate marketing materials.  She is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI).

 Pat and Kelly specialize in residential real estate, relocation, and investment properties.  They are a RE/MAX Sagamore 100% Club, Member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and a multi-million dollar producing team.  They believe that by continually updating their knowledge of the real estate industry and their community enables them to serve their clients well.  The real estate industry is becoming a technology driven industry.  An online presence is becoming more and more important to both buyers and sellers.  Since www.PatandKelly.com is managed by Pat and Kelly Team Real Estate, they are able to keep their information up-to-date on a daily basis.

 Pat and Kelly are both members of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR) including PropertyLinx online MLS Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  They are also members of the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Outside of the office, Pat and Kelly are involved in the community.  Kelly is a member of Crawfordsville Young Professionals and League of Women Voters.  Pat is a member of the League of Women Voters, Flower Lovers' Garden Club, and Montgomery County Art League.  Pat is sits on the board of directors for Crawfordsville Livable Community and is Board Secretary of Ability Services, Inc.
